What would you put into your dream wellness room?
Lauren,
I really enjoyed this video, thank you for opening up to us so we can get ideas for our own healing journey! I especially liked how you spoke about eliminating words, images, etc. from your life that were not benefiting you holistically. The older I get the more I have to be careful about what entertainment I consume, or I try to minimize time with really negative people or ’emotional vampires’. It would be great if you made an entire post about this!
As a superficial aside, I really like your outfit and was wondering if you could share where your belt is from! 🙂
Have a nice day!
I’m glad this video resonated with you and I can consider a future post/discussion on that topic. Are you following me on Instagram? That’s where I discuss my vision boards and lifestyle more frequently.
I got the belt at Loft, I believe, but it was a few years ago. Thanks for the compliment on the outfit!
What a wonderful room, Lauren! I love it all & would have a really hard time choosing a favorite thing. This is so inspirational!
What fun infrared tools! Thanks for showing and explaining them; I do ???? sitting in an infrared sauna, yet don’t have one yet.
My question was going to be about your Intention statement process, yet I saw that you go into that on Instagram. Here’s my process just in case it interests you! (There’s a follow-up post that explains how to begin taking action 😉

Love this! The sauna looks seriously amazing – I would love to have one of those in my own home 🙂 Something else I love is Bible scripture just reminding me of my worth, value and the abundant love that is promised to me – reminds me also of how to treat others, which is so important.
You are an inspiration Lauren! Thank you for your insights!
Hey Lauren! My husband has UC, so that’s how I came across your blog a while back, I’m a longtime reader and fan! I have learned so much from you, so thank you for that. It was so cool to see inside your special healing room, what a wonderful idea! I don’t have a spare room but I really want to work on making my desk space more like this. I have the same Maxfield Parish painting as well, it is lovely and always puts me in a great state of mind. I am definitely considering starting with one of the light therapy options. I live in humid/hot Hawaii so I’m thinking the red light might be the best option as I am always so hot all the time anyways that I’m not sure I want to be any hotter…I guess that’s one of the nice parts about living in a place with cooler climates. Anyways, thanks for sharing all your knowledge with the world!
Sincerely,
Keri Dawn
I appreciate your thoughtful comment and kind words, thanks Keri! Yes, I agree that the Joovv will be best for your climate because it won’t add additional heat like the sauna or biomat.
I love your healing room. Where did you get your biomat? Thank you.
