Hi everyone, and I hope you are enjoying this wonderful year of 1984!
The Ministry of Truth is hard at work to ensure that only accurate information reaches the masses. Why else would they be censoring peer-reviewed scientific data, personal medical testimony, experienced healthcare providers, and scientific researchers? Why else would the Pharma-funded mainstream media avoid all mention of natural health support while peddling an experimental-gene-therapy-nanotechnology-graphene-chemical-injection as the only way to health?
It’s all for your safety, of course. That’s why The Ministry recently deleted many of my evidence-based Youtube videos, because the science I referenced isn’t the right science. It’s also why Facebook has deleted hundreds of thousands of testimonies of vaccine injuries and side effects, and Instagram has hidden the hashtag #naturalimmunity (although the hashtag 🖕#naturalimmunity🖕 works).
The Ministry of Truth’s message is clear: The idea that your nutrition/lifestyle choices impact your health is misinformation. Just trust the Pharma-funded science. Call every indigenous, non-Western form of healing (acupuncture, Ayurveda, herbs, Native healing, energy healing, etc.) quackery. Accept the vaccine as your Lord and Savior. Nature can’t help you, the only way to health is better living through chemistry.
Some people, however, are crazy conspiracy theorists who believe that human beings have an immune system. We believe in seeking out non-Pharma-funded science and ancestral wisdom to support our health. We believe that our nutrition, lifestyle, spiritual, and emotional choices significantly influence our health outcomes.
If you share similarly crazy ideas, here’s what I do to support my immune system.
N-Acetyl-Cysteine (NAC): This powerful antioxidant stimulates glutathione production, supporting detoxification. It’s used in many mold detox and cancer-recovery protocols, and is a general detoxification supplement. The FDA cares about your health so much that it recently cracked down on this supplement after 5 clinical trials showed efficacy in supporting Covid recovery. (I discuss this in my free evidence-based report Behind The Scenes of Covid Vaccines: A Guide for Truth Seekers) Oh, thank you FDA, for looking out for our health!
Places like Amazon and Thrive Market have stopped carrying NAC, but here is a source where it’s available and I’ve stocked up:
Food-based vitamin C: typical vitamin c is ascorbic acid, which is often made from a base of GMO corn and isn’t well-absorbed. I mix a small spoonful of this food-based vitamin C in a fruit smoothie every day.
Food-based zinc: Excellent general immune support. Covid can cause a loss of taste/smell — a symptom that can happen with any severe influenza as your body uses up its zinc stores. It’s not a symptom of the virus, it’s typically a symptom of being zinc deficient.
Vitamin D3: A winter must-have for those of us in grey climates! Research shows vitamin D levels correlate significantly with higher recovery rates from Covid.
Quercetin: I take it anyways to reduce seasonal allergies, and it also is high in a compound called hesperidin which is shown to help deactivate the Covid spike protein.
Four Sigmatic Chaga: It’s the best-tasting Chaga I’ve tried. It tastes earthy, slightly bitter (like coffee), and I enjoy the taste. It contains mint (another great source of hesperidin), rose hips, and eluthero, all powerful immune supporting herbs. I always travel with it to support my immune system before/after flights.
Iodine: Iodine has been the target of a widespread smear-campaign, which is why so many people are fearful of overdosing, “especially if you have a thyroid problem.” The truth is, the Recommended Daily Allowance of iodine is woefully low at 150 micrograms, providing only enough iodine for the thyroid gland to function. This leaves out iodine requirements of every other cell in the body!
After reading this book and this book on iodine therapy, I take 5 to 30 miligrams (not micrograms) of iodine per day. I have my own intuitive practice to determine how much iodine my body wants each day. I ramped up my iodine dose slowly, as it can create a detox reaction.
IMMUNE SUPPORT PRACTICES
Cold showers: I finish my morning shower by turning the tap all the way to cold and do 2-3 minutes of that. It’s not pleasant but you’ll feel great afterwards, it releases a ton of endorphins and the cold water shock is shown to reduce inflammation and support immune function. I warm my body up after with 2 minutes of jumping jacks and it’s a great way to start the day. (I don’t recommend cold showers if you have active cold/flu symptoms.)
Coffee enemas: If you google “coffee enema” the first results will claim that it has “no scientific evidence.” It’s just helped literally thousands of people heal from cancer as part of the Gerson Therapy, that’s all. It stimulates glutathione production in the liver and helps gallbladder function. I started using coffee enemas when I was healing my autoimmune disease through the GAPS diet to support detoxification. I do a coffee enema 2x per week.
Dry brushing: This Ayurvedic practice takes only a couple minutes and supports lymphatic drainage. I do dry brushing 3x per week.
Berkey Water Filter: Fluoride is a neurotoxin that also calcifies the pineal gland (an intuitive center of the body), and it is intentionally added to the water supply to make people dumber and sicker. (Oh, you didn’t know that the government is trying to poison you? It’s a good time to wake up to that fact!) The tap water in most cities is also contaminated with chlorine, bacteria, and pharmaceutical residues.
Berkey is the most affordable way to remove fluoride and other contaminants from your water supply, and is great for emergency-prep because it works without electricity and can turn pool water into drinkable water! I’ve had my Berkey since my college dorm room days.

Infrared sauna: I use my Sunlighten sauna 3x per week. I chose this brand because it is very low EMF, durable, and has non-toxic materials. The infrared heat and sweat therapy supports detoxification, metabolic health, blood sugar balance, wound recovery, and anti-inflammation.
