How are we supposed to heal if we are at war with our bodies’ wisdom?
We’re programmed to see our bodies as the enemy, someone we need to dominate and control.
Consider the words we use:
We say we’re “battling chronic disease,” “combatting the signs of aging,” or “fighting a cold.”
The plastic surgery, diet, and pharmaceutical industries are deeply invested in making a war zone of our bodies.
But we can’t heal if we are fighting the ONLY person who knows how to heal us.
That person is your body.
It’s time to end the war with yourself, and change the way you see your body.
I promise you: when you do that, it changes EVERYTHING.

Have you, or anyone in your community had the hijacking of their tastebuds and smell from Covid? My tongue always has a yucky somewhat metallic “off” taste and smells are wonky. Chicken smells like it has been sitting in the trunk of my car for a week although everyone around me says it tastes and smells fine. I used to love vegetables and they have an odd taste it makes me not want to eat healthy things. Of course I can remember the taste of chocolate… I can taste salt and sugar and garlic. My naturopath said to try bee pollen so that has restored it to the point where I taste some thing after months, but it’s “off.” I’d love any input!
