Egg free AND grain free… there’s hope!
I get many requests for more egg free and grain free desserts. I’ve rounded up 20 favorite recipes that not only meet the previous requirements but are also nut free. Many grain free recipes rely on almond flour or some other type of ground nuts for a base. And while I think small amounts of nuts are okay in moderation, I don’t think that they are conducive to healing when eaten in generous portions. I outlined some of the potential health problems in my post 5 Reasons to Avoid Almond Flour.
Without further ado, here are 20 egg free and grain free dessert recipes!

It really varies depending on the individual. For some people, these things can be consumed (in moderation, of course) at the beginning of a healing protocol. It may make the transition from regular diet to healing diet easier.
This is such an awesome resource! The grain-free/egg-free combo is a tough one, but this collection looks incredible! Thank you 🙂
This is the hardest part of the transition. Desserts are where I break my diet! This will definitely help my adhere to better ingredients.
