Golden Milk Smoothie
Serves: Makes 1 serving
  • 1 very ripe banana, peeled and then frozen
  • ¼ cup diced mango, frozen (prepare yourself or find in the frozen fruit section)
  • ¼ cup full-fat canned coconut milk
  • ¼ cup ice
  • 1 packet TurmericBoost or 1 tsp. TurmericBoost powder (use either flavor), available from Gaia Herbs or Amazon
