Paleo Sesame Ginger Dressing
Serves: About ¾ cup
  • ½ cup healthy mayonnaise, recommended brand here
  • ¼ cup canned coconut milk, recommended brand here
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil, recommended brand here
  • 2 tsp. rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1½ tsp. toasted sesame oil, available here
  • 1 green onion, very finely chopped
  • ½ clove garlic, put through a garlic press or grated on a microplane grater
  • 1 Tbs. coconut aminos, available here
  • ½ inch piece peeled ginger, very finely minced or grated on a microplane
  • Salt, if desired
  • Optional: gomasio, available here
  1. Whisk together all ingredients, or use an immersion blender to make quick work of the mixing.
  2. If desired, top your salad with gomasio, a nutrient-dense blend of sesame seeds and sea vegetables.
  3. The dressing keeps for a week in the fridge.
