Dairy Free Ranch Dressing Recipe
Serves: Scant 1 cup
This dairy free ranch dressing relies on the flavor of fresh herbs, instead of MSG and refined sugar found in store-bought ranch dressing.
  • ½ cup avocado oil mayonnaise, recommended brand here
  • ¼ cup canned coconut milk, recommended brand here
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil, recommended brand here
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbs. finely chopped fresh Italian parsley
  • 1 Tbs. finely chopped fresh dill
  • 1 Tbs. finely chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • ¼ tsp. unrefined salt, plus more to taste
  • ½ clove or 1 small clove fresh garlic, put through a garlic press or grated on a microplane grater
  1. Whisk together all ingredients until creamy, or use an immersion blender to make quick work of the mixing.
  2. Extra dressing keeps in the fridge for a week.
