Peach Basil Sorbet
Serves: 3 cups
  1. Place all ingredients except the basil into a high powered blender. I use and recommend a Ninja Blender, which is as powerful as a Vitamix but a fraction of the cost.
  2. Blend until a creamy, soft-serve consistency. Add the basil and blend until it is dispersed in small flecks.
  3. Freeze for 30 minutes, until the consistency of soft-serve. Or, freeze overnight for a firmer sorbet.
