Paleo Shrimp Salad Stuffed Peppers
Serves: 1 serving
  • 4 oz wild baby shrimp, fresh or canned, and drained
  • 1 Tbs. Primal Kitchen's Avocado Oil Mayo (or mayo of your choice), available here at Thrive or here at Amazon
  • 1 red bell pepper, halved and seeds removed
  • Unrefined salt and pepper, to taste
  1. Instructions aren't really necessary, but here you go...
  2. Mix the shrimp and mayo and stuff the bell pepper. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Eat.
