Fritters, cakes or patties?
If I could use only one method of food preparation for the rest of my life, it would be pan-frying fritters. Or cakes. Or patties. Whatever you call ’em, I love them!

Just wanted you to know that reading your story last week plus encouragement by a friend pushed me into starting GAPS. So, thanks for being out there! I was diagnosed when I was your age but didn’t take control of my health like you have at that time. I really admire that in you and at 27, I’m catching up 🙂 Can’t wait until I’m through intro and can make all of the delicious things you post!
