  1. Thank you so much for this simple plan! I was very happy to find that it has few ingredients and very easy one-dish meals. Just noticed that the top list does not include the green beans for the casserole, by the way. Thanks again!

  2. as someone with chronic health problems (systemic candida, adrenal fatigue, leaky gut) AND who hates to cook, THANK YOU FOR THIS. i already feel like i can do this GAPS and Paleo eating style. 🙂

  3. Thanks so much for sharing this! After having my daughter on the Specific Carbohydrate Diet for 2.5 years (which hugely reduced the number of symptoms of autism she displays), I’m looking for new recipes, and want to start making freezer meals. This will be wonderful!

    • You should just assemble it, cover and freeze. Then, when you are ready to use it, let it thaw overnight in your fridge and bake as normal the next day. It may need to bake a little longer if it’s still a bit frozen.

  4. Hello. I was just wondering what the autoimmune paleo chicken stew tastes like. I’m making a dinner and usually I like to make the meal first, taste it and then see if I need to make any adjustments before I make it for others.
Can you tell me what the flavors in the stew are like? What would you compare it to?

    Thanks
