It’s that time of the month again (LOL, no… not that time!): it’s time to share links from an awesome circle of real food/natural living bloggers.
Before we start, I wanted to share some of my other favorite things from December:
-
Pinterest. I fear I am addicted. I have actually made a list and taped it to my computer which says, “Things to do instead of browsing Pinterest.“
-
Grumpy cat. And this Puppy Loses Self-Control video (have tissues ready, because this will make you cry with laughter). And yep… they are both Pinterest finds.
-
This Yin Yoga For The Spine. I love free yoga videos, because classes are expensive and I only like doing yoga alone. Ekhart Yoga is now my favorite Youtube channel.
-
This book: Why Stomach Acid Is Good for You: Natural Relief from Heartburn, Indigestion, Reflux and GERD. It is a must read! I feel like this is the missing piece in my healing journey and I am SO grateful to have found it.
Okay, time for link sharing!
